Startup brands can begin with a focused range such as performance T-shirts, leggings, hoodies, team jerseys or coordinated sets. Fewer initial styles and colourways normally make sampling, production and inventory easier to manage.
Typical timing depends on product complexity, fabric availability, artwork and quantity. The current planning target is approximately 7 to 10 days for sampling after brief approval and 10 to 14 days for bulk production after sample approval, subject to quotation confirmation.
Yes. Names, numbers, crests and sponsor artwork can be incorporated through sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer or tackle twill where suitable. Final artwork, spelling, placement and roster details must be approved before production.
Send the product type, reference images or tech pack, expected quantity, size range, fabric direction, logo files, decoration requirements, packaging needs and delivery country. Vector artwork is preferred for logos and detailed decoration.
Checks can cover approved materials, garment measurements, artwork placement, stitching, construction, finishing, quantities and packing. The exact inspection points should be agreed with the product specification and approved sample.
